I called Auto Glass Zone in Milton on Saturday and spoke with Dana to get a quote to replace my windshield. It was a delight dealing with her and a mobile appointment was made for today. Dylan and Ali arrived on schedule and got to work immediately. Very professional pair. They were completed in an hour to my total satisfaction. Job well done!! I would definitely recommend.

Getting a stone chip was painful and i dreaded having to find a goodvrepair place. We found G zone who claimed to handle my car model. My day didnt start so well last night something hit my drivers front door glass and it shatter. I was worried about not being able to have it replaced due the the fact its just before Easter weekend. Great communication, low price, and quality work! After ice slid off my roof and smashed my windshield, I needed repair done asap. Due to snow storm and low temps, no mobile auto glass service would come. Sam offered to pick up my car and take it to his shop, then return it same day when the windshield was replaced! I did a number on my passenger mirror, while backing out of my garage. All of the places I called told me I had to go through the dealership for a door mirror. The dealership was going to charge me quite a lot for the repair. Sam was the only person who said he could fix my broken mirror.

Sam ordered the mirror for my car and came to my house to replace the broken mirror. He was even able to glue together the thin black frame, surrounding the mirror – it looks like I never broke it.

I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again for any auto glass needs.

My experience with Sam was great and I definitely recommend these guys. Similar to one of the reviews on here, due to the freezing temperatures, Sam came to my house and picked up my car. He even left me his car in cause there was an emergency and I needed access to a car. How amazing is that! The qualify of the glass it good and the price is better than the national chains.

Sam (the owner) was great. Due to sub zero temperatures he asked to pick up my car so his guys could work on it at the shop instead of in my driveway. He even gave me the keys to his car in case I had an emergency while my car was gone! Sam then returned my car with no issues and a new windshield. He was professional and courteous the whole time. His rates for repair/replacment are good and I would definately recommend his company to others!!

Great company, called them for a rare windshield and they got it in stock the next day + installed it right away…at a great price. I’m impressed with the staff as well…excellent job folks

They are based in oakville so not a true milton based service. The quality of the repair was ok still quite the chip leftover. Next time I’ll probably use a big name since insurance is paying for it, I feel like another shop would have replaced the windshield or at least recommended doing so.

Edit: since the owner decided to respond in a mocking manner I’ll give a bit more info on this.

I called and explained that my windshield was damaged and needed to be repaired under insurance. There was not going to be a cost to me as its covered under my policy. Even If I had to soak the cost of deductible milton auto glass claims to cover that on there website. The fact they had to fire back a couple hours after I left a fair review just leaves a bad taste in my mouth and I would say just to avoid them.

I required a replacement windshield on my Jeep Gladiator &
was able to get a Mobile appointment at my home.
At one point I saw Dylan with a soft rag wiping something that looked like white powder off my hood, now I realize he was wiping glass into the vents and onto my driveway.
Another time I saw Ali get into my vehicle and stand on the passenger seat with one foot and the armrest of my open door with his other in order to reach the window opening to use the gun to squeeze the black adhesive, but I was on a work call and had to get back to my meeting and forgot to mention it before they left.
They were quick, and the windshield looked good from where I stood on my deck as I paid them cash and signed the paperwork.
It was the next morning when I went to drive to work when I was beside myself to find remnants of the original windshield, glass shards and glass particles all over the interior of my vehicle, at which point I checked the exterior to find more shards in the exterior air vents, and black sticky stuff on the side of my vehicle, on the decal and on the passenger side door frame, along with two paint chips on the center of hood near the windshield.
I’m not an installer – but should they not have fabric or something to cover the vehicle/hood when they take out a windshield to protect the paint, and to lean against incase there is adhesive on their clothes? If the vehicle is taller than most – should they not have a step or ladder to raise them up to do the install instead of standing on the armrest of an open door?
I emailed the company right away (8:18am) with pictures and the details. By 2pm I still had not heard back and so I called AutoGlassZone and the person I spoke with said that the email had been received and forwarded along. I said that I couldn’t wait with having plans for the weekend, and that it was at the autobody shop for a quote on the paint, and to have the adhesive removed before it hardened. They had arranged to get it detailed as I couldn’t open my windows or run the air system for fear of the particles getting sucked into the vents, or having the minute particles fly around the vehicle and get into someone eyes, especially since I have two children whose safety is my number one priority. I was told to forward the invoice/quote and they would have someone get back to me.
The body shop quoted me on getting the chips on the hood fixed (which will require a full strip, prime, paint and re-decal).
I forwarded the quote which includes the detailing and adhesive removal both of which I’ve already paid, only to be told that none of it is covered because I didn’t have it done by them. If their group was going to clean it – then why didn’t they do it when they were here, or at least mention it, instead they just took the cash and left? Then they were then given a second opportunity on Friday when I emailed first thing in the morning – but they didn’t respond in a timely fashion, (over 6 hours without a response) so I had to take care of it myself. Had they called me right away and asked that I take it to their location, I would have, but having not heard anything, left me in an awkward position.
I was told that management was away, and they would submit my claim to see about reimbursement. I understand that they don’t want to pay a third party for work they usually perform themselves, so I was simply asking to be reimbursed for their cost so that I could use the funds to help cover the costs I have already incurred.
I didn’t hear for a week, so I emailed again. They have offered me $100 and a $100 coupon for a friend. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone ever again, so they are only offering me $100 that won’t even cover the time I’ve spent, cleaning the glass off my driveway so my kids and dog don’t hurt themselves and the few hours it was in the shop to get the black tar removed and the vehicle detailed so I could drive it.

It is a House, not an auto shop.
Not sure how the person is operating
But it is not helpful like an actual auto body shop or auto glass repair location.
I would rather go where I don’t have to confirm if they do the job, and shouldn’t be a house itself.

The mobile did not show up to appointment or call to say they were going to be late until 2 hours after allotted appointment time. Waste of time.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!
I called to get my windshield replaced and for convenience they came to my house to do it. The guys showed up an hour late and put their tools on the hood of my car – no towel to protect the paint we had to bring them one. They were in and out in no time and cracked my dash in the process. I called to speak with the owner the next day and he was out – they said he would call back. This went back and forth for 2 weeks before i FINALLY got ahold of him. He told me to come in so he could look at it – when we got there for our 10am appt he conveniently stepped out so we waited almost an hour for him to come back. He looked at my car and then told me I lying that his guys couldn’t have done this. He told me he also owns a scrap yard and will wait for another car of the same to come in and he will take the dash from that and replace it…after arguing with him for almost 30 mins. He was so unbelivably rude and spoke down to me the entire time. This happened in April and i never heard from him again. This place sounds great because its cheap – its cheap for a reason. I will happily pay more money for a Speedy or Apple auto glass next time – I will never make this mistake again. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Stay away!!
