Getting a stone chip was painful and i dreaded having to find a goodvrepair place. We found G zone who claimed to handle my car model. We called and the reception guided us through the questions to ensure the right winshield could be found meeting dealer specs for electronics and windshield cameras, etc. We were amazed by the knowledge and professionalism to start. Arranging the install repair was speedy, and flawless. I am floored by the service here and would absolutely recommend the team at g zone, thank you very much !!

What a great team. I was honestly worried about not choosing one of the “big names” in glass repair. Worries disappeared seconds after they arrived. From the good conversation, clear and concise break down on how the glass is installed to the perfect clean up. Choose these guys and you won’t be disappointed. Replaced a 2016 Honda Pilot windshield.

My day didnt start so well last night something hit my drivers front door glass and it shatter. I was worried about not being able to have it replaced due the the fact its just before Easter weekend. I took a chance contacted this supplier and i was taken care of right from the beginning. Thanks to Janet for getting the glass ordered so i can have my car fixed and thanks to Grant and Dylan for doing a fast and professional job , thry wee all very pleasant to deal with. From dealing with Janet over the phone to meeting the techs at my house, the entire process was seamless. I booked the appointment on Monday and my windshield was replaced 2 days later for a very reasonable price. I will use their service again if needed.

Great communication, low price, and quality work! After ice slid off my roof and smashed my windshield, I needed repair done asap. Due to snow storm and low temps, no mobile auto glass service would come. Sam offered to pick up my car and take it to his shop, then return it same day when the windshield was replaced! Saved me a ridiculous towing charge, and he communicated updates with me throughout the surprisingly pleasant process! Highly recommend!!

I did a number on my passenger mirror, while backing out of my garage. All of the places I called told me I had to go through the dealership for a door mirror. The dealership was going to charge me quite a lot for the repair. Sam was the only person who said he could fix my broken mirror.

Sam ordered the mirror for my car and came to my house to replace the broken mirror. He was even able to glue together the thin black frame, surrounding the mirror – it looks like I never broke it.

I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again for any auto glass needs.

My experience with Sam was great and I definitely recommend these guys. Similar to one of the reviews on here, due to the freezing temperatures, Sam came to my house and picked up my car. He even left me his car in cause there was an emergency and I needed access to a car. How amazing is that! The qualify of the glass it good and the price is better than the national chains.

Sam (the owner) was great. Due to sub zero temperatures he asked to pick up my car so his guys could work on it at the shop instead of in my driveway. He even gave me the keys to his car in case I had an emergency while my car was gone! Sam then returned my car with no issues and a new windshield. He was professional and courteous the whole time. His rates for repair/replacment are good and I would definately recommend his company to others!!

Great company, called them for a rare windshield and they got it in stock the next day + installed it right away…at a great price. I’m impressed with the staff as well…excellent job folks

They are based in oakville so not a true milton based service. The quality of the repair was ok still quite the chip leftover. Next time I’ll probably use a big name since insurance is paying for it, I feel like another shop would have replaced the windshield or at least recommended doing so.

Edit: since the owner decided to respond in a mocking manner I’ll give a bit more info on this.

I called and explained that my windshield was damaged and needed to be repaired under insurance. There was not going to be a cost to me as its covered under my policy. Even If I had to soak the cost of deductible milton auto glass claims to cover that on there website. The fact they had to fire back a couple hours after I left a fair review just leaves a bad taste in my mouth and I would say just to avoid them.

It is a House, not an auto shop.

But it is not helpful like an actual auto body shop or auto glass repair location.
I would rather go where I don’t have to confirm if they do the job, and shouldn’t be a house itself.

The mobile did not show up to appointment or call to say they were going to be late until 2 hours after allotted appointment time. Waste of time.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!
I called to get my windshield replaced and for convenience they came to my house to do it. The guys showed up an hour late and put their tools on the hood of my car – no towel to protect the paint we had to bring them one. They were in and out in no time and cracked my dash in the process. I called to speak with the owner the next day and he was out – they said he would call back. This went back and forth for 2 weeks before i FINALLY got ahold of him. He told me to come in so he could look at it – when we got there for our 10am appt he conveniently stepped out so we waited almost an hour for him to come back. He looked at my car and then told me I lying that his guys couldn’t have done this. He told me he also owns a scrap yard and will wait for another car of the same to come in and he will take the dash from that and replace it…after arguing with him for almost 30 mins. He was so unbelivably rude and spoke down to me the entire time. This happened in April and i never heard from him again. This place sounds great because its cheap – its cheap for a reason. I will happily pay more money for a Speedy or Apple auto glass next time – I will never make this mistake again. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Stay away!!
